DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: 8 July 2026
England IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains our position on copyright and how to submit a notice.
1. No content hosted by us
England IPTV does not host, store, upload or control any of the media content, streams or channels accessed through third-party applications. We provide access to a service; the underlying content is provided and controlled by third parties.
2. Notice and takedown
If you are a copyright owner (or an authorised agent) and believe that material accessible via our service infringes your copyright, you may send us a notice. Please include:
- Your full name and contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
3. Where to send a notice
Send copyright notices to support@englandiptv.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". We will review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include forwarding the notice to the relevant third-party provider.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with an explanation and your contact details.
5. Repeat infringers
We may terminate, without refund, the access of any user who is found to be a repeat infringer.
6. Contact
For any copyright-related enquiry, contact support@englandiptv.com.
