These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of England IPTV and the website englandiptv.com. By ordering or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

England IPTV provides access to an internet television streaming service ("the Service") on a subscription basis. The Service requires a compatible device and a stable internet connection, which are your responsibility.

2. Subscriptions & payment

Subscriptions are sold for a fixed period (for example 3, 6 or 12 months) as a one-time payment. There is no automatic renewal. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change from time to time, but changes will not affect a subscription you have already paid for.

3. Delivery & activation

After payment, your login details are delivered by email and WhatsApp, usually within 5 minutes to 1 hour. Login details are for your personal use only.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell or redistribute your login details or the Service to others.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if these Terms are breached.

5. Content responsibility

England IPTV does not host, own or control the content made available through third-party streams. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations of your country. If you are unsure, please check your local rules before subscribing.

6. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable, stable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be affected by maintenance, third-party outages or factors beyond our control.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
